awesome, can’t wait to try these. love cooking on charcoal grill - even if you screw something up, it usually still has that great barbeque taste

I suppose you’re right. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that. Picks me up when I’m feeling blue for whatever reason from spring to fall, so why not in the winter as well?

hey OzaiFan, as long as you can dig your way through the snow to the grill, the weather is good enough to Q. And, that smell of barbecue in the dead of winter sure cures those wintertime blues. -BBQ Pit Boys

hey atdawnwewagedwar, our philosophy is that there ain’t nothing ya can’t cook on the barbecue grill. Don’t worry about the time. Just go for it and pull it off the grill when the ‘dog is the way you like to eat it! -BBQ Pit Boys

Health food… Huh. In Indiana, we don’t get to use our grills all year long, so three times a year is no hardship. As I said in another video, I made these for a community event back in July, and I’ve been recieving invites to private BBQs ever since!

I think he did indirect first to let the cheese melt then did direct to make the dogs crispy. And there isn’t really any juices inside a hotdog that should be sealed in.
