Rachael Ray makes a Cran-Raisin Barbecue Sauce over Chicken

BBQ chicken … with a twist!

Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
* Salt and ground black pepper
* 2 slices bacon, chopped
* 1 small red onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* Zest and juice of 1 large navel orange
* 1/4 cup golden or black raisins, chopped
* 2 tablespoons (or 1 nip) brandy or orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier (optional)
* 1 cup prepared fresh or canned whole berry cranberry sauce

Yields: 4 servings
