Sir, I have to tell you that I have been watching ALL your vids and actualy cooking all of them. I have waited every since you said you were going to post a vid on ” Turkey on the GRILL ” .. I live in a small town, so mor or less, everyone has came over and tasted your cooking. And they all love your “cooking” ( yea, I am honest, I dont take credit for it, I give it to the master, which is YOU.) This one will be put on the grill this week.. and IF I do it right, I get the credit. If wrong…HA

Glad to see you back BBQ web. Why the tangerine slices on the coals? Does it add extra flavor? Also, I loved the flaming turkey broth segment!

Y’all be sure to give this “stuffing” recipe a try.

    4 eggs
    4 cups bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 envelope Lipton’s onion soup
    1 cup uncooked popcorn
    pinch of salt
sage or other seasonings to taste

Beat eggs and mix all other ingredients. Stuff turkey. Bake at 375 for three hours.

When the three hours are up, get the hell out of the kitchen because that stuffing is going to blow that turkey’s ass right out of the oven.

At around 13:00 you sprayed some chicken broth into the coals with your baster and made a lot of flames. Does this do anything to change the way the turkey is cooked or tastes? Like the tangerine and the wood? Or was it just to make some impressive flames?
